|
| | Nickel Bronze Casting
Nickel Bronze Castings are on are used when corrosion & high strength are
required. It's a material which is suitable for hardware fittings such as window latches & hinges in all areas of construction including costal humid climate. Nickel bronze is also used in spark free fittings, sea water applications typical grade: C97600 or Z-CuNi20Sn4Zn5Pb4.
Aluminum Bronze
Aluminum bronze alloys have a very good corrosion resistance. This material is
widely used in valves and pump when it will come into contact
with salt water. It's used in many marine component and mining situations. Wearing strips are also made from this alloy when a strong hard wearing material is required.
Typical grade: AB1, AB2, or C95800, C95200 etc.
Leaded Gunmetal Casting
This is the most widely used bronze. Has good general properties which
cover most applications. Because of it's widely use,
it's also the most cost effective bronze. Some uses of this material include hand wheels, valve body& components, pump cases & impellers and general engineering components when a bronze is required.
Typical Grade: LG1, LG2 or C83600 etc.
Manganese Bronze Casting
Manganese Bronze is the copper alloy mixed with a
certain proportion of the manganese, theZinc, aluminum and iron. This alloy
casting is with good resistance to wear, high intensity and plasticity. It's suitable for the propellers, large bearings for slow moving heavy loads as in mining equipment, marine components for its corrosion resistance.
Typical Grade: C86500 etc. |
